Cassava flour is the main ingredient of farofa, being served with the traditional feijoada or with barbecue. With raw flour you can prepare the farofa according to your recipe and taste. Farofa basically consists of manioc flour fried in butter, seasoned with onions, salt, parsley and bacon. In Brazil, farofa is also used in poultry stuffing and in other dishes - to taste, it can be prepared with raisins, chopped walnuts, apples or bananas.
Ingredients: toasted cassava flour. Store in a cool, dry place.
