BIS are small chocolate wafer bars, very popular in Brazil. The packaging shown here contains 20 individually wrapped bis bars. It consists of four wafer layers with layers of chocolate between them. Each individual, bite-sized bar is coated in white chocolate.
 The word means "until" "encore" or "repeat" - here the name is very appropriate!
