The Piri Piri Molho from Maçarico is made from red chili peppers and refined with spices. It is characterized by a high degree of sharpness and is therefore more suitable for experienced sharp eaters. The chilli sauce tastes excellent with grilled or roasted meat such as steaks or spare ribs and can also be used to refine marinades, dressings, spicy sauces and spreads.
