RENATA Cream Cracker biscuits are crispy, thin and delicious. Unlike salt crackers, cream crackers are made from wheat flour, vegetable oil, and yeast. The name "Cream Cracker" refers to the age-old method still used today to make crackers in Ireland: the batter is whipped until creamy. In Brazil, cream crackers are usually enjoyed with butter or margarine.
